The Beginning Bikram 26 posture series is a small but important piece of a much larger yoga tradition. These beginning postures are based on an Advanced Series with 84 postures.
The Intermediate Series bridges the gap between the Beginning 26 postures and the Advanced 84 postures. The Intermediate Series uses similar postures from the original Bikram beginning series, but with added levels.
The next Intermediate Level Class is this Saturday, March 4th, 12pm - 1:30pm at Bikram Yoga Farmington Hills
Participants have an opportunity to investigate deeper variations of the postures you've come to know, as well as new challenges, like arm balancing, inversions, and lotus variations.
The Intermediate Series class is open to anyone currently practicing any yoga discipline at least 2-3 times per week. A sincere desire to practice, and a willingness to pay attention and follow instruction is recommended.
This 90 minute class will be offered once-a-month as a Seminar Series for six months, on the 1st Saturday of each month in Farmington Hills.
